Refund Policy

Welcome to Fits by Lyfstyle (“Fits,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Fits is a product of Lyfstyle, a subsidiary of Delta Plex Media Agency (“DPMA”).

All payments for Fits are processed by Paddle, who acts as the authorised reseller.


1. General Policy

All purchases made through Fits are subject to Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Refund Policy.

Unless required by applicable law, transactions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

However, refund eligibility is determined in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and Paddle’s policies.


2. 14-Day Refund Right (UK, EU & Similar Regions)

If you are located in the United Kingdom, European Union, or other regions with similar consumer protection laws:

  • You have the right to request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase
  • This applies to:
    • One-time purchases
    • The first payment of a subscription

3. Waiver of Refund Rights

By purchasing and accessing Fits immediately, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are requesting immediate access to digital content/services
  • You may waive your 14-day withdrawal right once the service has been fully accessed or used

4. Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
  • You may cancel at any time to prevent future billing
  • Refunds do not apply to renewal payments, except where required by law

5. Refund Requests

To request a refund:

  • Use the “Manage Subscription” or “View Receipt” link in your purchase email
  • Or visit Paddle support: https://paddle.net

All refunds are:

  • Processed by Paddle
  • Issued to the original payment method
  • Typically completed within 14 days of approval

6. Technical Issues

If you experience a material issue preventing access to Fits:

  • If unresolved, you may contact Paddle support

Refunds may be issued where required by applicable law.


7. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting support first:

  • Your account may be suspended
  • Access to Fits may be revoked

8. Governing Terms

This policy is subject to Paddle’s Buyer Terms and applicable consumer protection laws.

Where local law provides greater rights, those rights will apply.
